Michele Carey, the daughter of Stanley Willard Henson, Jr, the physician, and Thelma Henson, the homewife she was born Michele Lee Henson on February 26th, 1942in Annapolis, Maryland, United States of America. When she was thirteen and a professional pianist and won a competition in the Chicago Music Festival. In Fort Collins, Colorado she settled with her family. She finished high school at Fort Collins High School and was graduated in 1960. She relocated from Colorado to Los Angeles in order to pursue better career opportunities.
