Awkwafina has been described as an American singer and performer who started her career by performing clever hip-hop raps that addressed racial as well as sexuality from the most comical of perspectives. Then she moved on to Hollywood. Her name is Nora Lum to Chinese and Korean immigrants from Forest Hills Queens her first taste of musician life came through the trumpet. After that, she took traditional and hip-hop training. While at school, she majored in journalism and women's studies in college even learning Mandarin in Beijing during a brief time. Then, after graduation, when she decided to turn her attention towards music. After gaining viral fame through the Internet, her track My Vag was a reaction to Mickey Avalon's My Dick. It eventually was included on her debut album Yellow Ranger. The other viral hit songs included queef song, as well as the winking NYC Bitche$ hometown tour.
